Rector of Technological University of Szczecin suspends all academic courses from March, 12th to March, 25th.
This decision concerns first and second level of studies, as well as long-cycle (uniform) MA programmes, PhD courses, doctoral schools and other courses and activities organised on the university, graduate courses or other educational forms. In this period it is recommended to be cautious, avoid traveling and participating in mass events.
The dean’s office working hours will be limited. Every visit needs to be preceded with an obligatory call (91-449-49-64) or an e-mail contact (wtiich@zut.edu.pl).
As for the academic courses teachers should be contacted directly – by phone or by e-mail.
Any changes in academic courses’ schedule are currently suspended.
We kindly remind you that:
Due to expansion of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, all international trips and student or staff exchange to/from the countries listed by the General Sanitary Inspection have been suspended with no final deadline.
Employees, students and postgraduates of our university coming back from the countries in danger of epidemiological threat should control their medical condition for two following weeks just after the trip and continue their work or study from home. Consequently, all absences from work or academic courses will be excused. Such measures result from the need of limiting the risk of coronavirus expansion.
All planned mobilities should be monitored according to the rules described in Rector’s Communication issued on March, 9th. People inviting foreign visitors are obliged to forward to Mobility Department (international@zut.edu.pl) information on all visitors with such details as the country of origin, the sending institution’s name, the number of visitors and the planned dates of their stay in our university. All the information should be sent one week in advance.
All necessary information relevant to this topic will be published and updated on our university website. We kindly encourage everyone to follow the news on a daily basis.
